1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept return requests within 24 hours of delivery under these conditions:
✅ Damaged Packaging – The product arrived with torn or compromised packaging.
✅ Incorrect or Incomplete Order – Wrong item, size, model, or missing accessories.
✅ Used or Expired Product – The item was delivered in a used or expired state.
Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the receipt.
Items NOT eligible for return:
❌ Items damaged after delivery.
❌ Products used or opened unless defective.
❌ Items returned due to a change of mind.
2. Refund Process
Upon approval, refunds will be processed as follows:
🔹 Inspection & Confirmation: The returned item will be inspected before approval.
🔹 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via MPESA or as a store credit.
🔹 Processing Time: Refunds will be completed within 14 days after approval.
🚨 Sealed items cannot be opened before payment.
